• • Deep Drawn Seamless body made of 304 Grade stainless steel in size 12x 12 & 12x 15. (Please note-Jointed body also available in 12 x 12 & 12x15 against customer requirement which in non 304 grade & It is a cheaper quality.)
  • Jointed Body made of non 304 grade stainless steel material in 12x 22.(Jointed 304 grade Stainless steel body is also available on customer request)
  • Ring made of aluminum casting & Lid made of aluminum casting with S.S. plate.(SS Ring & full SS plate made of 304 grade Stainless steel also available on customer request.Also we don't recommended NON 304 Grade on ring & plate as it will catch rust earliest.
  • Also available with TT-91 P.I.D. controller with timer, L.L.C. (Low level water cut off device)& Buzzer in electric model.
    • Available in Electric/ Non Electric (Fuel based).
    • Kindly add 'E' for electric &'NE' for non electric with code.
    • Electric Autoclave fitted with heating elements of 2 KW to 3 KW as per Auto Clave Size in single phase 220V/50 HZ
    • Good quality rubber gasket.
    • Max pressure 15 PSI/ Ib/inch.
    • Equipped with Double safety valve, stem release valve and vacuum. release valve. (In double safety valve one weight valve (Safety valve) is set at 15 to 17 pound with pressure regulating devices & another weight valve (Safety Valve) is set at 18 to 21 pound & it is whistle type) (Note-: In double chamber for 14 x 22 & above size we fit brass spring safety calve which is set at 15-17 pound.)
    • Well Designed Epoxy Coated outer stand in normal six wing nut & three legs in double chamber.
